As part of my ongoing work in entrepreneurship and business development, I led a project focused on guiding and supporting Ugandan entrepreneurs through the product development process. This initiative involved working closely with startup founders and small-scale producers to transform their ideas into high-quality, market-ready products.

My contribution included offering technical guidance in product design, aligning production with national standards such as those from UNBS, and mentoring entrepreneurs through stages such as ideation, compliance, supply chain planning, and go-to-market strategies. I collaborated with partner organizations like Community Women’s Enterprise Network and PELUM Uganda, whose support was critical in creating a thriving ecosystem for innovation and growth.

This project reinforced my belief in quality-first entrepreneurship and served as a platform for capacity-building, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing for aspiring business owners working to improve Uganda’s economy through value-added products.
